Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Daily Planner – My Day ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Daily Planner – My Day is a personal productivity app that helps you plan your day, track tasks, expenses, habits, health & fitness data, and more. The App is available for free with optional PRO subscription features.

3. PRO Subscription

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Pro Monthly: Monthly subscription billed every month
• Pro Yearly: Annual subscription billed every year

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for Licensed Applications, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

5. HealthKit Data

The App may access Apple HealthKit data with your permission. All HealthKit data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. HealthKit data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of istalin. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
