Daily Planner – My Day ("the App") is developed by istalin ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
The App stores all your data — tasks, notes, expenses, habits, sleep logs, and settings — locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external server.
If you enable iCloud Sync (PRO feature), your data is synced through your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write the following data types:
All HealthKit data remains on your device and in your personal Apple Health database. We do not access, collect, store, or share any HealthKit data on external servers. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or data mining purposes. HealthKit data is not disclosed to any third party.
The App offers optional PRO subscriptions (monthly and yearly) through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not share your data with any third parties.
All data is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be removed. iCloud-synced data can be managed through your iCloud settings.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data. You can delete all app data by deleting the App from your device. No data is stored on our servers, so there is no data for us to delete, export, or provide.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
